My story
My journey into yoga began in 1992 at The Life Centre in Notting Hill Gate, London. What started as a personal exploration gradually became a lifelong path of study, transformation, and devotion. Over the years I practiced with teachers including Simon Low (Yin Yoga), assisted demonstrations at Triyoga London in the mid-90s, and later deepened my studies through Dynamic Yoga retreats in Ibiza, Jivamukti Yoga in London, and Ashtanga Yoga in Rome.
In 2010, after leaving a successful acting career in Italy, I moved to India to dedicate myself fully to the study of yoga, meditation, healing arts, and spiritual practice. Since 2012, I have been teaching, traveling, and immersing myself in traditional practices throughout India and the Himalayas.
Living for many years in Dharamsala, home of the Dalai Lama, I studied Buddhist philosophy at TLWA (Tibetan Library of Works and Archives), volunteered within the local Tibetan community, and taught yoga and English in community projects. During this period, I also led daily yoga classes and developed a deeper understanding of the connection between movement, meditation, breath, and healing.
My main foundation is rooted in the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa lineage as taught to me by Guruji BNS Iyengar in Mysore, a direct student of Sri T. Krishnamacharya. Alongside this path, I continued studies in Iyengar Yoga, pranayama, philosophy, chanting, and embodied movement practices with various teachers and traditions across India and Europe.
Through regular journeys to Kathmandu beginning in 2010, I developed a profound connection with Himalayan Sound Healing traditions. I studied the use of singing bowls and gongs as tools for meditation, nervous system regulation, and inner transformation. Today, sound remains an essential part of my work through group sound journeys, private healing sessions, and practitioner trainings.
Since 2018, breathwork has become another central pillar of my practice and teaching. I facilitate transformative breathwork experiences designed to support emotional release, self-discovery, nervous system balance, and deeper states of awareness.
Alongside my work in yoga and healing arts, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Acting and have a background in theatre, movement, voice work, and embodied performance practices. My creative path continues to influence the way I guide retreats, workshops, and immersive experiences today.
I now divide my time between England, India, and Nepal, offering yoga classes, retreats, pilgrimages, sound healing trainings, breathwork workshops, and one-to-one sessions. My work weaves together ancient traditions and contemporary embodied practices to support a grounded, holistic approach to healing and inner transformation.
My work is rooted in the meeting point between ancient traditions embodied practices and inner transformation.

In the sacred rhythm of existence, we find the profound, where the guidance of the guru is illuminating the path toward self-discovery and liberation.
Let us surrender to the deep teachings that emerge through the transmission of parampara. Allow every inhalation to carry the blessing of clarity and awareness, while each exhalation releases that which no longer serves us.
In these moments, we transcend ordinary perception, merging mind and spirit, grounding ourselves in tThrough conscious practices infused with the essence of Holi, we become one with God.
May the blessings of our teachers guide us, as we journey together toward holistic health and inner peace, becoming vessels of light and change in this world.
