Breathwork is a therapeutic practice that combines accelerated breathing techniques with evocative music and a safe, supportive environment to facilitate deep states of consciousness. It aims to promote self-discovery and healing by allowing participants to access repressed emotions, traumas, and insights. During a session, individuals enter an non ordinary state of awareness, fostering profound inner exploration and personal transformation. This holistic approach can catalyse emotional release, spiritual awakening, and greater self-awareness, fostering a deep connection between mind, body, and spirit.

What can you expect during a Breathwork session?

In a Breathwork session, participants can expect a profound and immersive experience designed to facilitate deep emotional, psychological and spiritual healing. The session begins with guided relaxation, followed by an increased breathing pattern that encourages the release of suppressed emotions and tensions. Accompanied by evocative music, the atmosphere fosters a safe space for exploration and catharsis. Participants may encounter vivid imagery, intense sensations, or profound insights, leading to non ordinary states of consciousness, rebirth and transpersonal experiences, and a greater connection to their inner selves and the divine. After the session, there is time for integration, where insights can be reflected upon and discussed, allowing for a holistic understanding of the experience and its implications. Each session usually last two to three hours.

About Sabrina

Sabrina has a Bachelor of Arts and is a certified Breathwork facilitator, sound healer, and Yoga teacher with extensive experience in mind-body work. For the past ten years, she has been developing and leading transformational experiences aimed at guiding individuals through their deepest fears and obstacles to foster profound love, growth, and freedom. She blends traditional practices with modern science for deep healing and personal growth. Her spiritual journey began in 2001 during a transformative visit to Rishikesh. In 2010, she left her acting career to spend seven years in the Himalayas practicing her Sadhana and exploring meditation, yoga, sound healing, and other spiritual paths. After overcoming a serious illness in 2015, she turned to Breathwork for healing. Since 2018, Sabrina has led Breathwork circles, workshops, and retreats, has been collaborating on shamanic retreats, helping participants reconnect with themselves. Living in Dharamasala (India), she deepened her studies of Buddhism and meditation. She has practiced sound healing since 2010, studying with several masters, and has embraced Himalayan shamanic wisdom in Kathmandu. Her holistic approach combines Breathwork, restorative practices, meditation, and energy healing to create a safe container that foster spiritual growth, allowing participants to embark on their journeys with authenticity and compassion.
