Embark on a lifelong adventure with me! Join me on a transformative journey of mindfulness, yoga, and meditation in the serene landscapes of the Himalayas. Connect with like-minded individuals and deepen your practice in a supportive and nurturing environment. We'll discover the heritage sites of Kathmandu and its rich history and culture, before heading to Mustang Valley, where we'll stay in the peaceful village of Kagbeni and immerse ourselves in the surrounding Tibetan culture and majestic landscapes. We'll visit the Hindu and Tantric Buddhist temples of Muktinath, hike to the Lupra meditation caves, and unwind at the hot springs before returning to Pokhara Phewa Lake for closing circle and then heading back to Kathmandu.
Enjoy morning yoga and meditation, sound healing with a Master in Kathmandu, and a blend of cultural experiences, treks, and adventure.
3 days Sound Healing Training
Join Sabrina’s accredited Sound Healing course, where you'll explore the history of Sound Healing and Nada Yoga, learn voice activation and chanting, and master various techniques using a full set of 15 bowls and other instruments .
You will discover how to conduct group sound baths and apply therapeutic bowl techniques for 1-1 Sound Massage Treatment.
The course includes access to full set of full moon bowls, antique bowls, therapy bowls, gongs, chimes, flutes, rain sticks, and ocean drums for practice.
Upon successful completion, you're encouraged to perform the first three group sound baths and three individual sessions, providing feedback for review. One-on-one support is available in person and via Zoom.
Successful students can further their training with a one-week Sound Healing and Gong Mastery program in Kathmandu in 2026.
All courses are accredited by YACEP Yoga Alliance International IPHM UK.
