  • Peak Distrcit Yoga Studio Bakewell United Kingdom (map)

Discover the transformative potential of sound through an experiential day of Nada Yoga and Sound Healing.

Nada Yoga - the yoga of sound - is an ancient practice that explores vibration, deep listening and sound pathways into meditation, awareness and inner harmony.

During this intimate one-day immersion, Sabrina Venezia will introduce you to the foundations of Nada Yoga and the conscious use of voice, Himalayan singing bowls and gongs.

Throughout the day we will explore:

  • Chanting, meditation and deep listening

  • The foundations of Nada Yoga and the history of sound healing

  • Himalayan singing bowls and gongs

  • Techniques for playing singing bowls and chakra balancing

  • Yoga Nidra and guided relaxation

  • An immersive Himalayan Sound Journey

There will also be an opportunity to learn more about and purchase Himalayan singing bowls and gongs.

The day is suitable for yoga teachers, sound and holistic practitioners, therapists, musicians and anyone curious about exploring sound for personal practice or professional development. No previous experience is required.

This experience stands alone as a complete introductory immersion and also offers a pathway into Sabrina’s comprehensive Nada Yoga & Sound Healing Practitioner Training.

Partecipants who continue to the full Practitioner Training will receive a £50 credit towards the course fee.
