Itinerary Overview:
Days 1-3: Kathmandu
Begin your pilgrimage in Kathmandu. In the Boudha Tibetan village, join devoted pilgrims as they perform the kora around the world’s largest Boudhanath stupa, feeling the rhythm of age‑old devotion. Immerse yourself in local life and deepen your practice with daily yoga and meditation to gently restore balance between mind and body. Experience a restorative healing gong bath to release stress and replenish your energy. Explore nearby UNESCO World Heritage sites and soak in the Himalayan spirituality and living traditions of tantric wisdom.Days 4: Pokhara
Journey to Pokhara Lakeside and enjoy free time for last‑minute shopping, lakeside cafés and gentle riverside walks —perfect for picking up keepsakes and enjoy a beautiful sunset before heading to Mustang. In the evening, restore with Yoga and Breathwork session to unwind and leave behind any stress and burdens .Days 5-9: Lo Mustang Valley
Travel by jeep through scenic landscapes to Kagbeni, the gateway to the majestic High Mustang Valley and Tibet. Enjoy morning and evening yoga and meditation sessions, and experience the essence of this remote region and its ancient traditions as you explore the historic monasteries and hike to ancient cave and villages, experience the spiritual heritage of Tibetan culture, visit a Tibetan medicine doctor, on the last day we hike to Jong and the sacred temples of Muktinath. Overnight at Muktinath.Days 10-12: Lupra, Marpha, and Tatopani
Delve deeper into the valley as we hike to Lupra village where Bon ancient practices are still alive and its ancient meditation caves, travel to the charming village of Marpha, known for its apple orchards, Tarkhali food and Buddhist culture. On our last stop unwind at Tatopani, where natural hot springs await for relaxation after the treks.Days 13–15: Return to Kathmandu
Return to Pokhara to rest, recover, and gently integrate your experiences. We’ll gather for the final practices and a closing circle to reflect on the journey and share insights. On the last day, travel back to Kathmandu to continue your onward travels.

*Treks are light/moderate but it required that you are in good physical condition to attend this pilgrimage as we will be staying at altitudes between 3000 and 4,600 mt. A health travelling insurance it is highly recommended.
