3 days Sound Healing Training
Join Sabrina’s accredited Sound Healing course, where you'll explore the history of Sound Healing and Nada Yoga, learn voice activation and chanting, and master various techniques using a full set of 15 bowls and other instruments .
You will discover how to conduct group sound baths and apply therapeutic bowl techniques for 1-1 Sound Massage Treatment.
The course includes access to full set of full moon bowls, antique bowls, therapy bowls, gongs, chimes, flutes, rain sticks, and ocean drums for practice.
Upon successful completion, you're encouraged to perform the first three group sound baths and three individual sessions, providing feedback for review. One-on-one support is available in person and via Zoom.
Successful students can further their training with a one-week Sound Healing and Gong Mastery program in Kathmandu in 2026.
All courses are accredited by YACEP Yoga Alliance International IPHM UK.
